The Circle

The Circle was a private housing development in London's docklands next to Butler's Wharfe, the spice wharfe at Shad Thames beside London Bridge. The servicing engineers contracted to the job, Max Fordham & Partners, allowed Ian free reign to photograph construction activity from below ground foundations to topping out.
